When I had my wedding in Newport R.I., I discovered firsthand as a bride how time-consuming it could be to create welcome bags for my out-of-town guests.

I couldn't believe a welcome bag service did not exist. This is when the idea for OOTlala was born!  With an extensive background in fine arts, great aesthetics, and outstanding attention to detail, I have focused my creative talents to bring clients gifts they love to give!
